A modernised version of Cessna’s well-known CJ1 Citation Jet, the Citation M2 is an attractive alternative for fans of the Citation Mustang – the category leader in Very Light Jets (VLJs). The new aircraft features a new wing design, with the addition of winglets, plus a more modern avionics package with more efficient Williams FJ44 turbofan engines.
Together, these allow the new M2 to have a greater payload with increased range, better flying characteristics, and a faster cruise speed than the CJ1 – or indeed than any other VLJ available.
The Citation M2 has a wide and inviting cabin, including the latest advancements in passenger communications and lighting. The M2 seats 4-5 passengers with ample foot and headroom and can seat up to 7 with single pilot operations.
