Few aircraft can match the Hawker 800 combination of comfort, cabin size and range, making it one of the most popular midsize business jets. It is designed to complete transcontinental and international flights as needed, as well as have good short range capabilities. Since it is the third member of the 800 series, it has undergone many small improvements to the features that made it successful in the private jet market to begin with its cruise and climb speeds, runway performance, and weight limits.
Within the Hawker 800 series, there is also the improved models of the Hawker 800XP and the Hawker 850XP. Offering extended range, improvements in cruise and climbing speeds, cabin comfort and weight limits.
The Hawker 800XP can fly at speeds of 447 kts, with a maximum configuration of 9 seats. Its range is 2,540 nm. The Hawker 850XP is almost identical to the Hawker 800XP model except for having winglets that extend its range by a further 100 nm. The 850XP model also has upgraded avionics.
The Hawker 800 comprises of a four-person club section, a three-person divan, and one forward-facing seat. The seats are fully adjustable and can swivel 360°and offer stand-up headroom along the entire cabin length. The aircraft also includes a full refreshment centre.
